A DAY SHARK FISHING IN BASS STRAIT

Venture into Bass Strait in search of sharks on the 9 meter ex-commercial fishing vessel “Dane”. Dane comfortably accommodates 4 fisher-people. All fishing equipment, bait, burley, food and drink will be provided. Whilst waiting for sharks you will also be fishing for the “by-catch” – flathead, snapper, couta and squid. Assistance will be provided with baiting and de-hooking and all fish will be cleaned for you. Dane will leave Queenscliffe Mariner early morning and return mid-late afternoon. The shark fishing season starts in late January and finishes in late April. All trips are subject to weather and will need to be confirmed on the prior day.
